Rental Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sky Dumpster Rental. By ordering a dumpster rental or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Rental Period & Placement
Standard rental periods are 7 days unless agreed otherwise in writing. The customer is responsible for designating an accessible, legal placement location. Sky Dumpster Rental provides wooden driveway protection boards on every drop.
2. Prohibited Materials
In compliance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJ DEP) regulations, the following hazardous or restricted items cannot be placed in the container:
- Asbestos, paints, solvents, fuels, oils, or hazardous chemicals
- Car batteries, propane cylinders, or explosive substances
- Freon-containing appliances without prior certified degas authorization
- Medical or bio-hazardous waste
3. Weight Limits & Level Loading
Containers must not be loaded above the top sidewalls to ensure safe highway transport and legal tarping in New Jersey. Excess weight over agreed tonnage limits may incur prorated per-ton tipping fees.
